'Homeweb' are currently looking to take instructions from home owners who wish to sell their homes in the area's in and around Tiverton, Cullompton & surrounding villages. Being a website based estate agency our overheads are low and we pass these savings on to our vendors by charging just 0.5% (half a percent) for properties listed on a 'SOLE AGENCY' basis and 1.5% (one and a half percent) for properties listed on a 'MULTIPLE AGENCY' basis.
Whilst 'Homeweb' are website based our service is otherwise as you would expect from an estate agent. To start with we work on a 'NO SALE, NO FEE' basis, we offer free valuations, advertise our properties in the local press and we have subtle yet eye catching 'FOR SALE' boards. Anyone who does not have computer access will be sent printed details through the post, all appointments to view are made through ourselves and we will accompany viewers if necessary. When a sale is successfully negotiated all interested parties will be notified by ourselves and we will keep track of the sale until its completion.
